I disabled ArkInventory and enabled Prat and got the error. For me, it seems that Prat is the culprit. Regardless of whatever mods are enabled or disabled, as soon as I enable Prat the error...

I use both ArkInventory and Prat. I disabled Prat (left ArkInventory enabled) and I no longer get errors. Prat I can live without. :)

That fixed the chat window issue for me as well. No need for a reload for that but I do get the following error now.
