Unless something changed the Raid frames shouldn't be active in Arena. It should be Arena Unit Frames.

Update to the latest version 1.18 core and 1.31 Addon Pack and that should fix it.



With the new pack I now see the buff counting in SCT. I never could see what my count was during that fight...

That may be Antagonist. On my install Antagonist Bar 2 and 3 are stuck in the middle with no anchor same location as in your screen shot. Just an anchor for Bar 1. No way to fix it as of yet.

I don't believe there is a place in game to manually edit the menu. You can try dragging the buttons to the menu. Only other way is to edit the LUA.

I believe "L" is the binding Mazzle sets to open NQuestLog or you can use the top left hotspot. Left click for NQuestLog and right click for the Blizzard Log.
