Are there any healers out there who use RealUI...
Are there any healers out there who use RealUI with a different out-of-the-box addon for raid frames? ie Different Grid, Grid2, Healbot, VuhDo set up?

Silly me! Thank you for your quick help, apologies, I have never had to change the layout before it usually had it set like that straight out of the box. Real UI spoils me :(
