I downloaded 2.0.0, but all RealUI addons seems to still have "Interface: 70300" in their toc files for some reason.

If I understand the question/problem correctly you can chose which direction it should "fly out" in Bartender's options menu.

I installed RealUI a few days ago and love it so far! However, there's a few issues I'd like to report.

The first isse is the tracking of the mage DoT "Nether Tempest" which seems to refresh itself...
