is there a way to make lock buttons so they can't be moved... i keep moving them during combat.. i must be missing it somewhere... thanks for the help..

Buff bars
i know this has been asked in one way or an other but have to give it a shot... is there any way we can get some options for the buffs.. e.i. where there are.. how transparent they are... things like...
