It was a bar that had stuff like your potions,...

I have actually had this problem for a while now...

I have actually had this problem for a while now (Pre-Patch 2.4). But it isn't just NPC's or Trainers. It happens with ANY movable window. If I move the window such as spells or cooking, KTM, etc....
