No its the actual skin of the chat box, it looks like the default UI. Ill post a picture in a few hours once I return home

Chat Skin Not Functioning

The skin for the chat window is not functioning properly, I'm also getting some LUA errors I believe in regards to MSBT. Prior to re installation I deleted all addons, WTF folder and did a full fresh...
