Combat Sound Unattached (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1311) - audible combo point counter. "1 Combo hit", "2 Combo hit", etc... it'll even tell you when you crit, enter combat, dodge, parry...

Looks pretty simple, you can easily have the same look by using Discord Action Bars (http://www.discordmods.com/cgi-bin/page.pl?mod=DAB), if you want a bit more challenge you can also try Flexbar...
