The default UI allows you to place the loot window at your mouse. You can also set it to automatically auto loot everything, or just when you use a modifier like shift. I'm not sure if it will move the window for each item to put it under your mouse, as I always find that to be *really* annoying. But it sounds like the default UI can do what you want (or close enough)
