I've had a couple of people report this issue and I'm not sure yet if it's a nUI problem or a Bliz problem. I do know there appears to be some class related issues in WoW with pet bars and such, but don't know all of the detail yet.
It would help a lot if you could take a screen shot when this happens and then post it to this thread as an attachment (there's a "Manage Attachements" button on the message editor you can use to upload it to the thread.
Then I can see all of the detail in the UI and try to sort out what's happening.
