If you have installed Omen3 and Recount and they are not appearing then something is very wrong.
If you go to the "AddOns" button at the character selection screen, do Omen and Recount appear in the list of addons?
Are they enabled?
Is the dual stats plugin in the list and is it enabled?
Do you have any other nUI plugins installed and enabled?
If so... which ones?
