Yes, this survey seems completely pointless. Based on the questions asked, I think you'd get pretty much the same results had you asked only two questions: "Do you feel that you spend too much time playing WoW?" and "Do you feel that playing WoW has a negative impact on your life?".
Also, the level of English fluency displayed in the survey questions feels very low. If you're going to create a survey for an English-language audience, you should run your questions by someone fluent in English to check that they sound okay. No native English speaker would ever say "Yes, I study in the high school", for example; they would say "I attend high school" or "I go to high school" or "I'm in high school".
And, as Seerah pointed out, many of your questions are irrelevant for adults over 25.
