Hi, I saw this picture like a week ago of a UI and I saw that the guy had a party/raid castbar(He could see the casting bar in a separate window of several people in the raid). I figured this is a awesome tool for healers fighting spike healing so I tried to find it again. Now, several hours later I just cant find it .
