I made
Modern TargetFrame to backport the WotLK Target Frame to Classic Era. It'll work for the most part with some caveats. Real health values are only provided for mobs and party/raid members. Everyone else will just show a percentage. This is a Blizzard limitation, nothing I have any control over.
