Might I suggest deleting your Interface folder contents and then copy/pasting the new RealUI addons in? I had a similar error I found was connected to the old skin addon clashing with the new RealUI Skins addon. A complete reset of all my addons in that folder fixed most of my problems. I still have a few LUA errors but the game is 100% playable again.
