Use '/nui movers' to unlock the movable parts of the UI, drag the big red pet frame out of the way so you can get to the other elements, then drag your monk bar wherever you want to locate it. When you are done, right click the pet frame to return it to the default location then use '/nui movers' again to lock everything back down.
