It's the base location for Dawn's addons, a folder called dMedia in the addons folder and its location is defined near the top of the code as such:

local mediaFolder = "Interface\\AddOns\\dMedia\\" -- don't touch this ...
I got the same green looking thing when I changed the media folder location to the minimap's own folder and put the mask file straight into said folder.
