Hi Scott,
I have the prob on both of my toons, i.e. with and without the special characters. It goes away after a /rl or a /rl nui. Both fix it, but sometimes it comes back when i join a random dungeon group. It has happened a lot less since the last patch, prior to the one you just emailed about. It started with 3.2, I think.
For what it's worth, it's not critical to fix it, since it only happens on screen reloads and occasionally so far as I've seen. IOW, I haven't been /party-kicked for asking for them to hold up while I reload my UI.
