By going into the options menu and crate more bars Then make shure you go into the bars options and set the anchor to nothing so that you can move the bars around freely (else they stick to the top or bottom).
You can have as many as you want and then just move them around and set the length.
In my UI I also use chinchilla and as you can see there are 2 transperent bars layed over the minimap for the time and zone text.
