This is an old tooltip on mouse addon that mostly works. It seems like just the config mode does not work any more but you can still use an old config file to kinda make it work if you remove the config xml from the toc as i posted here

does anyone know an addon that just lets you position the tooltip at on offset from mouse? without changing the look of the tooltip?
or maybe someone could (help) get this one working again?
most use wowace for config instead of actually making a config xml? what is wrong with this file? where can i find some docs for how to fix it?
