If you want to try something different, Tidy Plates has always been good to me. It shows any Debuffs you have up on the target (i.e., Hemo, Poisons, Bleeds, etc.) and can also show your Combo Points on the target. Debuffs and CP will only show if you have the unit targeted, but I've always loved having that info right where I need it...over the enemy's head! Also, I recommend using the 'Neon' theme for this type of application, as the other ones that it comes with are a bit cumbersome and ugly IMHO.
