Not a huge fan od single pixel black boarders, but you use it consistently so it looks ok, and I am partial to the unit frames ;P. The pixel font needs work done to it.

Ahh I see. Hard to tell how they function from images, my bad. Id personally change the icon to a health frame colored by class how you have your other stuff with possibly a class icon overlay.
