Scratch that, I tried PetTimeToLive and it unfortunately does not offer any support for non unholy DK ghouls so I'm going to reinstate my previous request for information on a possible mod that gives you visual reference to the amount of time left till your ghoul is dismissed along with Blood Worms for us Blood DKs.
