From any page (not on the forums), click the "Options" link in the header to open a menu. Then select "Email Feeds" from the menu, and "Preferences" from the following page. Ensure that you have the top option enabled if you want to receive the emails.
/edit: actually, you can even just select the "Preferences" entry in the menu >.< hehe
