That said, don't get your hopes up. I had prominent "I'm not developing this addon anymore, if you want to take it over, PM me" notices at the top of several of my addons for years -- literally, years -- and got nothing. Now that another expansion is looming, and they won't work as-is, I've declared them officially dead. After that declaration, someone did volunteer to adopt one of them, but the others are still dead, and I'd be very surprised if anyone contacted me about picking them up.

Well, I mean, it literally means next to
nothing to me personally as I no longer play the game. The only reason I'm asking is because now I'm getting people asking if I will be updating this for the expansion, and the only answer I can give them is no. I'd prefer to be able to give them a better answer. I'd like to see this continue for them. But, if no one takes it, there's very little I can do.
