Your last question surprises me, so I just rolled a level 1 shaman to check whether ClassTimers even comes with the option for totems, and you are right.
You could try substituting the shaman AutoBar (the one that the Set-Up instructions have you hide) for timers or try other other totem timers. I apologize about this inconvenience |

In the end I somehow got the Totems to be timed on the bar in the top left corner. Weird
