Hi, i have finaly find why the patch doesn't work...it's the language ^^
If i make the language of the game in french nothing work but if i turn it in englsih language all work perfectly

For this time, i'm going play in english language because i can't play without carbonide
but did you know if you can make mothing for can use your patch in the french language in the futur?
