That "addon" you linked should probably just be taken down. The download just contains the WeakAuras2 addon; the ZIP file isn't even renamed. The description mentions some custom settings, but nothing like that is included in the download. I think the uploader confused "upload your addon for other people to use" with "show off your UI with links to a youtube video".
