Just open your Macaroon saved variables file(s) in Notepad and copy/paste the macros by hand.
Your global account settings are here:
World of Warcraft » WTF » Account » ACCOUNT » SavedVariables » Macaroon.lua
Your per-character settings are here:
World of Warcraft » WTF » Account » ACCOUNT » Server » Character » SavedVariables » Macaroon.lua
Copy the macro and replace all instances of "\n" with an actual line break.
