This is an error from Wholly, and you're better off reporting this with Wholly here:

It looks like Wholly is trying to set waypoints as soon as addons load, but the HereBeDragons lib is returning nil values that early in the UI loading process. TomTom should be coded to protect from such nil events, but Wholly should also wait while the UI is loading.
