Get item link from itemID + itemModID
A few functions returns itemModID (for difficulty versions, crafting upgrades, etc), but you can't really get anything out of those, only pass them around. Would be neat if you could get item link using it. Perhaps simply an additional optional itemModID parameter in GetItemInfo?
