I'm going to guess that there's a transparent frame of some sort overlaying everything. If you can, use the command '/framestack' then mouse over the area you cannot click on the unit frames and take a screen shot. You can use the command '/framestack' a second time to turn that function off.
Once you have your screen shot, you can just reply to this post and click the paperclip icon in the message editor (next to the smiley face) or scroll down the message editor page to the "Manage Attachments" button to upload your screen shot with your reply so I can look at it.
