I ahvent used QH in ages, but carbonite is my i can't do without addon. The map feature of carbonite is far and away superior to anything blizzard has built-in.

Maybe, but it also lags when moving to another zone and you still see the previous zone. (Unless they somehow fixed it, but I doubt it)
Questhelper on the other hand works with the default map or cartographer and doesn't have said problem.
