Hi. Could anyone please make me a simple addon for WoW Classic that displays the out-of-combat health regeneration ticks as a continuous "casting" bar underneath my character's portrait? In the same way that rogues have that timer to check for their energy regen ticks, I would want to be able to track the health regeneration ticks that occur when out of combat. Also, I would like for it to keep running at all times, even if I'm in combat.
I'm not sure whether this is doable or how it all works exactly. I don't even know if all characters are synced on the same ticks or how you would measure it. I would really hope to have that for the upcoming stress test/Classic launch, though. Thank you in advance.
