Can you be more specific about what you want? Is there just one item you want to be notified about, or a list of specific items, or any items that have certain properties (eg. all armor items, all quest items, all epic items, etc)? What kind of alert are you looking for -- message in the chat frame, giant text across the screen, sound, flashing lights?
