No. They use the same basic 2.4GHz open air band, but Bluetooth devices know not to crash into each other.

Bluetooth is designed to avoid interference. The proprietary systems are, well, proprietary, using the same airspace as telephones and radio control toys. Technically, they all use the same space, but multiple proprietary systems do not navigate away from each other.
Nor do they transmit faster, etc.
