Good news (not really sure if this came with 6.2 or earlier), GetCursorInfo() is now returning the C_MountJournal index as well for mounts
So if you have a mount on the cursor GetCursorInfo() will return
"mount" <useless_index_we_all_hate> <C_MountJournal_index_we_all_love>
