The addon page still has the problem it has had for ages that it breaks browser back/forward navigation. If I go to an addon page, click comments, then click "Back" in my browser, the URL reverts to the main addon page (without the #comments), but I am still looking at the comments. It's a minor issue, but it's noticeable and annoying and has been around for ages. Rolling out a new site layout seems like a good time to fix it?

Yep, I had a fix for that with the new layout but ended up ditching it as it wouldn't let you browser back to a different page. So I'm still working on it.
