Actually, if you look closely, you'll see some of your buffs are green, that shows that *you* cast that buff. Likewise, on the target, some of the debuffs are red, to show *you* cast that debuff. On friendly targets, the buff will color green to show you cast it.
So the red and green tints are already taken. If I tried to use the red tint to show debuffs on you, it would get very confusing very quickly.
And my apologies that my German isn't good enough to have done this in your native language.
