Does anyone know of an addon that has a simple grid that tracks the ilvl of each gear slot on alts across all realms?

I already have Altoholic and I'm familiar with its grid display but I don't need the icon for the gear (though tooltips on mouseover would be dank) and I'd like to be able to see all the slots for any one alt without scrolling down. The variance in colors also makes it easy to see if an alt has a particularly low ilvl item.
