Not sure about that, I've used those in the past. AuraFrames is similar to SatrinaBuffFrames / ElkBuffBar and glamour is to customize the look of achievement popup frames. Those medals seem to be related to quest progress.
I'm actually not sure about any of the AddOns in that list, as I've used 95% of them over the past 9 years that I've been playing. Not at the same time however, so my information could be false.
Your best bet is to do a search by recursively halving the AddOn list, first enable top half of the AddOns and check if the problem persists and if it does, then you know that the bottom part has the addon. Then disable half of that part and so on...
