If you are having latency issues and Leatrix did not help at all, then update your NIC card drivers. You can either update the drivers by updating your motherboard drivers or if you can find the NIC card drivers to download separately. If you need help with this, you'll need to either contact the company you bought your PC from, or the company that made your motherboard.
If that fails to work then the issue may be with your ISP or modem/router.
