By the looks of it pretty set up,nice and clean but i m not sure its for posting here since this section is for help with add-ons. Also what kind of feedback were u looking for?
Since its hard to spot the "hidden" stuff without having a list of add-ons that u use.
In the end a ui is still a representation of how u like to play and what suits u well in WoW. I suggest u do a upload and see the reactions on it by users if they want to give feedback.
