QuestInfoRewardsFrame uses CreateFontStringPool for those. You will need to do something like:

  1. for fontString in QuestInfoRewardsFrame.spellHeaderPool:EnumerateActive() do
  2.     if fontString:GetText() == REWARD_AURA then
  3.         fontString:SetText("My custom aura header:")
  4.     end
  5. end
