Sending to a person on your friend list who is not in your guild and is afk, possibly could trigger it, but I think that would of been noticed in the 1+ years Carb has been sending data in the manner it does.

He's on my friends list. That spam also happens whenever any other people on my friends list go afk.
Also, this next screenshot shows the map bug I've been talking about. My character's name is Sluggaboi, and though I'm not supposed to have a tooltip for my player arrow, mousing over it shows me the names of people on my friends list who are NOT at my current position. However, the map
does keep track of the other players' real positions. I just want to know why it shows other players at my character's position.
