There is no direct way to find an NPC's associated quest. What add-on authors do to discover daily/weekly lockouts is to
query all completed quests before killing an NPC and then querying again after, comparing the two to find out what changed. Keep in mind that when you get this queried table, it includes ALL quests completed. An older character, especially a loremaster, will have a large table.
