Thanks for the replies. After seeing your posts, I figured attaching pictures may make it easier to understand what I'm looking for.
In SS1...
- ...
I found that the gather addon was working like I wanted.
- ... the cabonite quest overlay (colored pixels) are showing.
- ...
the minimap is square (because it's sexy).
In SS2...
- ... the buttons that normally surround the minimap are in a nice line on the right.
- ...
the minimap shows the light blue blizzard overlay.
- ... the minimap shows the grid in a circle (as thought the map was still circular).
Hopefully this helps explain what I'm looking for.
