oUF isnt really that complicated.
- download the core MOD http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info9994-oUF.html
- Pick a Layout look you like http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/cat127.html
- Get the move plugin http://www.wowinterface.com/download...o.php?id=15425
- type /omf to make things movable..position the player and target and party frame where you like it.
- type /omf again to lock things down again
