Introduction:
This isn't the first UI I make, but it is the first UI I release. As such, there's a lot of things I'm not quite familiar with. I made this UI in window mode- which is why the screen resolution is "weird"- I would make it for different screen resolutions, but frankly I'm not sure how (Tips would be great).
Anyway, I would really like some feedback, tips, and suggestions.

Notes: My own cast bar is the blue bar top right in the main panel. My threat meter is the red bar top left in the main panel. Mana and health bar are the green and blue bar across the main panel.
Target buffs should up as follows:
Hostile target buffs/Friendly target debuffs: Large above target unit frame.
Friendly target buffs/Hostile target debuffs: Small to the right side of the target unit frame.
Target of Target tank cooldowns: To the right side of the Target of Target frame.
Target of Target debuffs: Below Target of Target frame.
