I have the same issue so I will avoid adding the same text as it is a duplicate of what he has .. biggest issue is that my FPS drops down to 9 before the doors open and then down to 1 once the doors open.
It drops from 60 (I keep sync on so 60 is max .. with off I get over 110fps). Issue clears as soon as I leave that arena.
